Add Haprin NAT (U-NAT) functionality to the Virtual Router Appliance #265

Currently VR appliance is lacking the Haprin NAT functionality as currently the VM can't reach itself via the external network. It must be there as it's quite standard feature available with majority of the routers.
Use case
Allow VM to reach itself using the external IP while being behind the NAT for different use cases, i.e. monitoring, validation or if multiple services are behind the same public IP.
