Missing IP and MAC spoofing filters in Fireedge Sunstone

Description
The IP and MAC spoofing filters checkboxes are missing from the Fireedge Sunstone interface when creating or updating a Virtual Network. These checkboxes are present in the corresponding Ruby Sunstone interface, allowing to apply the settings. This is available in Ruby Sunstone in the following interface:

Use case
This feature will allow users to configure the settings FILTER_IP_SPOOFING and FILTER_MAC_SPOOFING from the FireEdge Sunstone interface.

Interface Changes
Checkbox for "MAC Spoofing filter" and "IP Spoofing filter" in the Virtual Network "General" configuration tab.
