Add cloud selector in Sunstone support tab #7424

Description
Cloud selector is missing in Sunstone support tab to be able to choose a proper cloud which the ticket is related to.
Use case
Multi-clouds providers need to have a possibility to create the tickets via Sunstone support tab and choose which cloud the ticket is about.
Interface Changes
One needs to add cloud selector (drop-down menu) which lists all clouds associated with the customer authenticated in the Sunstone Support portal segment.
