How to find a trainer

I feel like we should add a note to the introduction that points to folks who do lead training, eg. Freedom of the Press Foundation and Matt Mitchell. But we need to have a reasonable system for vetting trainers that is at once expansive (moar trainers) and responsible (please no terrible trainers).
