Where can I get /opt/toolchains/android-toolchain-aarch64?

Thanks for your amazing tools. I'm starting to try to build opencl version. In ocl_usage.md, DPPLCV_OPENCL_LIBRARIES is set to
/opt/toolchains/android-toolchain-aarch64/lib64/OpenCL/qualcomm/libOpenCL.so. But I'm not sure where this toolchain comes from.

PPLCV_OPENCL_LIBRARIES refers to the OpenCL libraries of the target hardware which provided by the corresponding vendor. For example, you can find and copy the OpenCL libraries for a qualcomm gpu on a smartphone with qualcomm soc.
