RFC: Deprecating SkypilotBackend #510
Description
Most folks on our team have found that it's more convenient to use LocalBackend (optionally in a tmux session on a remote machine) or ServerlessBackend. We're thinking about deprecating the SkypilotBackend entirely but if there are use-cases it is uniquely helpful for I want to know!
