What exactly do we want to have here?

Hey Nick, great initiative! 

I was just wondering what do we want to host/list here: was your idea to create a kind of list/archive/repository/links for the e.g. open education resources, open data etc.?

Or did you had in mind to agree on some very general principles, like a agree on some statements?

Really curious what your intention was.
