Add a glossary #6
Description
Since we'll likely have a bunch of different terms come up in this, it would be worthwhile to eventually create a glossary.
The glossary in PlasmaPy's documentation has been helpful as a place to define various and varied terms that pop up. Good terms to start with would be open science, open source, and knowledge equity.
For more the more general terms and definitions, we should try to keep the definitions concise and point to relevant Wikipedia articles and other resources as needed. For terms that are more closely related to open plasma and fusion energy sciences, it's likely that we'd want to put more information in.
We could also use the {abbr} role to define abbreviations in MyST.
