Problems with indirect links for PPD

I have submitted a form to support this printer: http://www.openprinting.org/printer/Brother/Brother-HL-5100DN . There was no possibility to upload ppd's, so I have to upload them to external WEB storage and pass URL. However, when I open this page, I cannot view or download ppd's , because they empty. Is it possible to fix this anyway?
