Include jquery library locally #419
Description
Github Pages complies with GDPR and their CDN should be good enough to serve jquery-1.9.1.min.js just as good as if the user downloads it from https://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.9.1.min.js. This change eliminates another external request and strengthens data privacy of our visitors.
