OpenRC services are escaping it's working tree

Hello,

Services such as Desktop Environments, VMs provided by libvirt, samba services etc., are leaving it's working tree and becoming a child of the init 1 OpenRC process which causes troubles in shutting them down correctly.

Many services are also pro-declare themself as refused to stop instead of awaiting for the process to stop.
