Mark legacy contexts (popup_retrofit, yard_operations, shunting_operations) for deprecation.
Actions:
- Disable mypy checking for legacy contexts
- Add deprecation warnings in code
- Update documentation
- Create migration guide
Legacy Contexts:
- popup_retrofit → WorkshopCoordinator
- yard_operations → CollectionCoordinator + ParkingCoordinator
- shunting_operations → TransportCoordinator
