New Time stops Table : Operational point name briefly display its UIC code when entering time without seconds #15712

@kmer2016

Description

@kmer2016

What happened?

When entering a time without seconds (e.g. 09:03) in a time cell and clicking outside the cell, the OP name column briefly switches to the UIC code before reverting to the correct name.

Discovered during review of #15678
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/3e0cef3e-6109-4009-b33d-6331c30ffd47

What did you expect to happen?

The OP name remains stable and does not flicker.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

  1. Open a train schedule with a valid simulation
  2. Go to the times-stops table
  3. Click on a time cell
  4. Enter a time without seconds (e.g. 09:03) and click outside the cell
  5. Observe the operator name column briefly showing the UIC code
