What Happens When There is no Microphone? #103

Description

@Abraxas3d

When you first run the program, for the first time, it goes directly to an audio setup.

If there's no microphone, then it keeps trying to test for one over and over, after the test inevitably fails. CTRL+C gets you out of this, but that skips over the speaker test.

You can run the audio setup again any time, and every time that you start the program it asks if you want to keep the current configuration. This audio configuration is a separate file from the radio configuration.

So, let's think about how it can be better, more helpful, or clear.
