Imported animation has missing specific frames related to flag pole.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

1. Import UIRGRD_F_SKN.W3D,
2. Import UIRGRD_F_FDP1.W3D,
3. Go to frame 60.

Expected:

It should be same as given W3D Viewer screenshot.

Result:

Entire flag pole and its base is missing.
