Create a service which can sync chaindata folder of geth from remote/local to remote or local machine.

In order to generate account and storage proof for mosaic, it requires level db access.
If geth is running, it keeps a lock on level db. 

The aim of this story is to write a service which enables syncing of chain data folder of remote or local geth to the local/remote folder.
