Increase/Decrease funding Sliders at each Node #22
Description
Overview
We need buttons at each node which allow users to either increase or decrease funding to the node's respective purpose. I'm imagining that each node ends at a dollar figure describing the total funding allocated to that department, and that there's a slider below that number, with +/- icons on each end, which allow the users to adjust the funding to that department down to 0, or up to $481.6M (the total general fund).
