[Makefile] Turn off ASLR

ASLR makes things a bit too complicated, turn this off in the Makefile as well to make it more smooth during lab.

This is actually not a problem when the program is run in gdb. Possibly gdb cannot disable ASLR if the program is owned by root, not extensively explored though.
