Ensure stable size of secure cookie #5
Description
Currently the redirect csrf session cookie will grow in size on each visit to /password. We need to better manage the memory used by session to ensure stable operation in all cases for all users.
This requires cleanup at correct points in the flow.
It seems to be idpui.redirectcsrf cookie that is growing.
