No audio when playing or exporting video

Describe the bug:
When opening or exporting a video in OpenShot, the audio does not play. The video shows visuals but no sound is heard.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open OpenShot version

2.Import a video file that contains audio.

3.Add the video to the timeline.

4.Play the video in the preview or export it.

5.The audio is missing.

Expected behavior:
When opening or exporting a video in OpenShot, the audio does not play. The video shows visuals but no sound is heard. I have tested audio playback on other applications (e.g., Spotify), and sound works normally there. The issue only occurs inside OpenShot.

1. Close OpenShot, if running.
2. Make a backup of c:\users\username.openshot_qt\openshot.settings file.
3. Delete ...\openshot_settings file.
4. Start OpenShot (new project for now).
5. Import a video/audio file and drag it onto track 5 position 0:00.
6. Preview and see if the audio works.
7. If the audio works, now Export it and play the filename.mp4 file outside of OpenShot.
8. If all good, open your project and preview it before exporting to ensure the audio is audible.
9. Now Export and verify video/audio is working.

If you are still having issues, please confirm your output device in Windows 11 and the default sample rate it is set to. If you are using headphones, you should remove them for now and retest per the steps above.
