[rel-db] Failing delete tests in different collections

Should be fixed after history collection is merged into feature/rel-db.

These delete tests fail on the stage of updating history information:

• motion/test_delete.py: test_delete_with_submodels
• motion_change_recommendation/test_delete.py: test_delete_correct
• Tests for meeting collection
