Remove check datastore actions

Since rel-db the datastore check is useless

The actions behind: 
```
[
    {
        "presenter": "check_database",
        "data": {}
    }
]
```
and 
```
[
    {
        "presenter": "check_database_all",
        "data": {}
    }
]
```
should be removed
