Tab loading issue: permission issue

Describe the bug
If a user is in a meeting and wants to open content in a new tab, the new tab shows a permission error. User is not allowed to see content.

How to Reproduce

1. open a meeting
2. open a new tab -> error appears

The operator doesn't change the active meeting number from null to [meeting number]. This happens unreliable.

Expected behavior
Opening new tabs should work properly. :)
