Remove unused code in `list-ofspeaker.component`

Describe
the isCurrentListOfSpeakers in the list-of-speaker.component is set to false and then never changed anymore.
I talked with @bspekker and we suspect that this is a remnant from OpenSlides 3.

This file should be looked at and clean-up (at least a bit)
