Describe the bug
The buttons and the text in the change recommendation editor have wrong colors. They are displayed in a grayish color, which look like they can't be used.

How to Reproduce

1. open a meeting
2. open motions > create a motion > create a change recommendation. Take a look at the button color

Expected behavior
The button and text colors in the change recommendation editor should be identical to the color of the motion editor.

I guess the correct color is rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87).
