Remove the sundials solver #145
Description
The DFBDF solver has proven to be faster and more stable. Therefore, to reduce complexity, remove sundials.
- remove it from the tests
- remove it from KiteModels.jl
- remove it from Project.toml
- test all examples
- create new default manifests for 1.10 and 1.11
