Add axial_stiffness and axial_damping fields

So why do you want to add these? They are not constant because the tether length varies.

I made a mistake, dividing by tether length, I updated the comment to multiply by tether length. This way axial stiffness and axial damping are independent of tether length:

axial_stiffness [N] = stiffness [N/m] * tether_length [m]
axial_damping [Ns] = damping [Ns/m] * tether_length [m]

And what would be the advantage compared to what we have now?

Pretty much, the names c_spring and damping don't make sense to me. Damping is always in [Ns/m] and stiffness is always in [N/m]

@ufechner7 ok if I implement this? I don't have to rename them yet, I can add them as extra fields, maybe add a warning that the old names are deprecated.

No. Do not deprecate fields. You can make a braking release with the new names.

It is not a braking release if it adds fields. Only if it changes fields.

Do not add fields for values that are already in the settings file. That is just causing confusion and is error prone.
