Model validation

We should validate the quaternion + twisting segment model.

It is easiest to use the V3 kite data, and get wind data using EKF-AWE.

We should use the most up-to-date polars for the V3 kite, @jellepoland do you have these?

I do have these, yes, but I don't fully understand the details of the validation you are proposing here.
Do you take operating points in-flight? Or do you mean a whole cycle simulation?

I would suggest comparing parts of the cycle simulation with the real flight cycle data. But I don't know what the conventional methods for comparing sim to real are. I would think we can calculate the tolerance of the sim compared to the real flight in some way.
