Remove the param adaptive from init_sim!

I do not think this parameter is currently used, so better to remove it.

If you want to have this parameter available, better add two new fields to the Settings struct, like adaptive and dt_inner or however you want to call the step size of the inner solver and use these.

I use this field in KitePredictiveControl, and I find it convenient to have these available as a parameter. But we can add them to settings as well:

But again, I do not see the point in adding a field adaptive without adding a field dt_inner or similar.
