Refactoring, part II

Further code refactoring:

• use @enum for all enumerations
• replace inner constructors with outer constructors
• split field aero_input in two, e.g. aero_input::Symbol and aero_data

You should add:

• use struct instead of dict for results
• local panel axes follow the same principles as body axes (z up, y spanwise, x from le to te)
