Use different formula for damage calculation

• Document the damage calculation
• Document the autotuning
• implement and test it
• add the constant LF to autotune.jl. It describes the factor by which the limits are increased.
• increase number of digits when saving numbers to the yaml file
• Increase the weight of the force error when calculating gamma
• Fix tests
