segfault error

Am now getting the following error when running the example commands

final few lines printed to stdout before crash after running python manual_import.py -nml:

Id testcell not found in <neuroml> element. All ids: [ ] 
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Any idea what's causing the id testcell not found error?

Think it's not an issue with the id testcell not found.

You will need some updates I've just made on the development branch of the libNeuroML repo: https://github.com/NeuralEnsemble/libNeuroML/tree/development
