all omv tests pass but *phi*.nml files and kc.channel/kc_fast.channel fail

are not valid against the Schema as there is no fixedFactorConcentrationModelTraub componentType.

Also kc.channel.nml and kc_fast.channel.nml do not pass a validation test as these contain some componentType definitions (e.g. baseConductanceScalingCaDependent) that are not in the Schema.

I can confirm that this is happening. The validator complains about this line for both channels:
