Create functionally equivalent model to some VERTEX cells in LEMS

• Create a VERTEX script with just 1 cell, e.g. simgle comp ad ex
• Save membrane potential trace from this
• Modify existing NeuroML2/LEMS examples to try to recreate the behaviour

Progressing nicely... @RokasSt maybe make a README.md in VERTEX folder which lists the examples and summarises which each one does?
