Add full costs to the readme

Would it be possible to add the costs of the materials in the readme for each version?

Although they are not the exact costs (as it varies between continents/states/countries), but an approximate cost.

This way does not have to be done by each person who visits the repository simply to know if it is feasible to implement it within their budget.
