1. Base Map: Standard map from Tableau using ProgramEarth data.
2. Overlay 1: Water Department polygons, shaded by water volume (gradient).
3. Overlay 2: Canopy density (use transparency layer).

Markers

1. Landmarks: Black pin
2. Plants: Green pin or plant icon
3. Animals: Blue pin or bird icons
