TurboRepo Gen Clone/Copy

I noticed that you have Docs for doing this in a more manual way but there is as way to script this as well

You can use the turbo gen <whatever> --copy to do this as well

I can merge this in. Some of the docs are still setting the project name for the filter, but this is awesome. Thanks.
