4 Button Layout Options

Hello all,

Just wondering if a couple 4 button layouts can be added for Tekken and SNK enthusiasts. Namely, a Noir 4 with just the first 4 buttons furthest to the left of the Noir layout and an SNK 4 from the Super Neo 29(I'd imagine the 2p would be desired over the 1p).

Can you give me an input layout for the four?

I can look to get these added in.
