Handle masks in some fashion in edit-config

Button masks (like the hotkey config button settings) are displayed as integers, which is how they reside in the config, but isn't super helpful if you're not a bit math wizard. Maybe we can make the UI better here in some fashion, though I'm not immediately sure how.
