Solving security vulnerabilities in the dependencies of opentsdb

We use OpenTSDB at my company. We are currently focused on finding solutions to the security flaws in the software we use. The vulnerable packages are mentioned below. Please advise me on the best way to update those packages to the most recent OpenTSDB version.
