Scripts run tests on all terms type instead of modified one only

After encountering an issue in this pull request, it was noted that only one type of term was modified by the PR. However, the validation scripts check all term types. Therefore, if there are any issues with other term types, they need to be resolved before the PR can be closed.

I suggested finding a way to run the test scripts only on the term types that were modified by the PR.

That would be good indeed, thanks for reporting!

However, the modification detection mechanism would be quite complicated to upgrade to detect specific terms types. Keeping this open as it might come in the future and it is a useful reference for potential similar issues.

The workaround is to run the tests locally with the scoping option and to bypass CI.
