Links to latest versions and snapshots in reported issues are broken

The links in the "References" section in the report of failed tracking are broken.

I can see that in OpenTermsArchive/pga-declarations#225 (comment) and in OpenTermsArchive/contrib-declarations#1202 (comment).
The links are always generated towards the -declarations repository instead of -versions or -snapshots.
