Add OTIOD / OTIOZ support via the new C++ implementation

## Feature Request

Once https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/OpenTimelineIO/pull/1901 is merged, it would be great to expose this via the swift bindings so OTIOD / OTIOZ can be opened natively using the standard interfaces.
