Open tree PURLs

Note

• Do not create a PURL related to the open tree project without updating this file
• Currently Karen and Jonathan (who else? - hard to tell, the web site is acting up) are able to make changes to the opentree domain on purl.org
• It would be to check that this is a complete list but the purl.org web site seems to flakey
• Maybe we should have a script that checks them all for resolvability
