Open tree PURLs

Note

• Do not create a PURL related to the open tree project without updating this file
• Put all Open Tree related in http://purl.org/opentree/
• Currently Karen and Jonathan are able to make changes to the opentree domain on purl.org
• We should have a script that checks them all for resolvability
• Check that this is a complete list
• Need to update some of these links e.g. gbif
