Rename ExtendId Lexical Macro Function

In the very first implementation of VADL's macro system this function took one String argument and extended an identifier with this string. OpenVADL's version takes any number of identifiers and strings and creates an identifier with the name resulting from converting all arguments to strings, concatenating them and converting the concatenated string to an identifier. Suggestions are: AsId, IsId, MakeId, CreateId, ToId or or something else?

In the meeting on April 2nd we decided to rename ExtendId to AsId and IdToStr to AsStr.

I like AsId most. Should we also rename IdToStr to IdAsStr or only AsStr?

hmm, depends on what you can pass as an argument. I think if it can only take an identifier as an argument, it might be more explanatory to use IdAsStr. (but this is not a strong opinion)

Currently IdToStr only can take one identifier. But it could be a good idea to generalize the function to allow both identifiers and strings as arguments similar to AsId. Then both lexical functions are more similar, just the result type is different. The implementation effort is minimal as the code is available from ExtendId.
