Dutch Piper voice is/seems broken #2
Description
The current nl_NL-mls-medium Piper voice for Dutch seems to be broken, After the default OVOS-installer setup it's talking gibberish instead of "I'm ready".
I would opt for the Belgian Dutch voices as a replacement (tbh: the Belgian Dutch voices sounds way better then the Dutch NL Piper voices)
Male: nl_BE-rdh-medium
Female: nl_BE-nathalie-medium
