[Doc] Issues link is dead following Perforce doc change

As Perforce has updated their doc setup the link to know issues here no longer works https://github.com/OpenVoxProject/openvox-server?tab=readme-ov-file#known-issues I don't think it would be relevant anymore anyway as the code will have diverged at this point.
