Potentially breaking changes: Local reasoning models, name update

Hi all!

This is just a heads up that we have had to update the app name to "OpenWhispr" due to trademark infringement of "Wispr". This has resulted in me having to update path resolutions etc. within the project to look for "/openwhispr" instead of "/openwispr".

Doing a fresh install should resolve these issues if you run into any.

Furthermore, I have finally added support for local reasoning models like Qwen, Mistral and Llama! I will be adding in the new OpenAI OSS model soon as well (for fun!).

I highly recommend enabling reasoning as it results in a much better transcription.
