[Feature Request] Expose Keypad Button Press as Event

Hi SwitchBot Team 👋

I am an active Home Assistant user. The Home Assistant community is huge and growing rapidly – with millions of users worldwide.
Most of us make buying decisions strongly based on Home Assistant compatibility.

Proposed Change

Requested feature

• Expose button press as a binary sensor or event.

Example use cases

• Button as a doorbell → trigger camera snapshot.
• Button as an emergency switch → send notifications.

Benefit

Adds a simple but very useful automation trigger.

I just wanted to kindly follow up and ask if there is any update regarding the Keypad Touch Vision button feature request that I submitted on GitHub.

This feature would be very valuable for the Home Assistant community, since it could enable automations such as:

Using the button as a doorbell trigger (camera snapshot, notifications).

Using the button as an emergency switch (send alerts, turn on lights).

I completely understand that these things take time, but it would be great to know if this feature is on your roadmap or currently being evaluated by the R&D team.
